Welcome to the Brevard, North Carolina AAUW Website.
The American Association of University Women is a national organization that promotes education and equity for all women and girls. Our commitment to these issues is reflected in our public policy efforts, programs, and diversity initiatives.
AAUW is composed of two corporations:
The Association, a 100,000 member organization with more than 1,000 branches nationwide that lobbies and advocates for education and equity.
The AAUW Action Fund advances equity for women and girls through member activism and voter mobilization.
AAUW is open to all graduates who hold an associate’s or equivalent bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
